Joseph Torrano founded our company in 1948 with a single building on Church Street and a simple promise: take care of the property like it was your own home, because it is. Seventy-five years later, we still operate by that promise.

Most property managers represent landlords they've never met. We're different — every listing on this site is a property the Torrano family owns directly. That ownership gives us a long-term perspective: we maintain proactively, invest in quality, and build genuine relationships with the people who live and work in our spaces.
Today the portfolio spans residential flats and apartments throughout San Francisco, ground-floor commercial spaces in vibrant neighborhoods, and a small collection of vacation homes in Lake Tahoe and along the coast.
